Return and warranty

Especially in the case of electrical appliances, we are always happy to help you understand and solve any problems.
If your product’s warranty has expired and you just need a replacement part, we also recommend that you contact us and we will offer you many options that will allow you to keep your product for longer.

I’ve changed my mind

If you have changed your mind and want to return an item, you have 35 days from the date of receipt or delivery to return the item.
Your goods must be:

  • Unused and with all original components
  • In its original packaging (with tags, if applicable)
  • In resalable condition with seals intact (if applicable)
  • With proof of purchase
  • With any complimentary items that came with the item.
  • Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. If you paid by card, it may take up to 5-7 working days for the refund to reach your account;
  • If we collect your refund, the refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the item.

For large home delivery items, the quickest way to organise a return is to contact us via the contact form.
If the delivery of your order is delayed or you have simply changed your mind:
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time from the date of payment for your order.
If your order is cancelled on the day you pay for your order, you will receive a refund on the same day.
In all other cases, refunds will be made according to bank regulations within 5-7 working days.

My product is faulty or damaged

If you need to return faulty goods within the first 35 days of receipt or delivery, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or refund.
After this period and provided the goods are still within the warranty period, we will arrange a repair with one of our specialised repair agents or, if this is not possible, exchange or replace your goods.

If your goods have been damaged on receipt, you should contact us to arrange an exchange, replacement or refund. In some cases, we may offer you a discount to keep an item if it is a purely cosmetic item that you would be happy to keep for a partial refund.

Please note:
Some goods such as food, piercing jewellery and lingerie are not exchangeable or refundable unless they are faulty. Our website tells you which items are non-returnable.
If you are returning DVDs, music or software, they must be unused and in their original sealed packaging.
If the goods or packaging have been subjected to excessive handling, we reserve the right to reduce the amount we will refund you.
We may request a serial number of the goods or similar document to verify that the goods have been supplied by us.
Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights. If we collect your goods, they will be inspected before being returned. Please note that if the goods have been inspected and returned not as described, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund depending on the condition of the returned goods.
After 35 days, we only offer warranty repairs.
Depending on the product, it is covered by both the official warranty from the manufacturer as well as an additional warranty from our shop.

Always keep the receipt and serial number for warranty claims. Returns due to our error are free of charge, but for other reasons a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
There is a £3.99 charge for returns in the UK.
In the case of warranty product repairs, the return and return delivery of your goods is free of charge to you.

Once we have received and verified your return, we will process the refund or exchange. If you are exchanging an item for a more expensive item, please place a new order. Refunds, excluding the original shipping cost and possible reductions for excessive handling or incomplete merchandise, may take up to 10 days. Full refunds may not be issued for items that do not comply with our policy.
Credit/debit card payments are refunded to the same card and direct bank transfers are refunded to the same account. Contact our customer service team for details on shipping refunds.
