United Kingdom Delivery Options

Delivery Option	When will I get my delivery?	Cost
Standart Delivery: Royal Mail, DPD	Monday – Sunday	£3.99 (Free delivery on all orders over £100 – available when paying by credit/debit card)

Dear Customers, please note that the average delivery time is 7-10 working days after the order is received at the delivery warehouse for further processing (your order will be dispatched to the delivery warehouse within 1-2 working days after payment is received).

Shipping method

We will dispatch your order by the method you choose when placing your order. We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched.

If you know that you will not be able to receive your order, please make alternative arrangements.

We will endeavour to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Large orders or orders containing a large number of items may be delivered in separate parcels.

We deliver throughout the UK.

Changes to delivery

On rare occasions there may be a delay in delivery of up to 21 days.

Goods are cleared through customs during the delivery process.

Parcels are despatched from our warehouses located throughout the European Union (EU).

There are no additional charges.

Taxes are included in the price.

Any discrepancies must be reported to customer service within 2 working days of receiving the goods.
